What the week actually looks like.
On a team this size you take a project from specification through design, programming, run-off and commissioning. You talk to the customer directly. You're on the floor when it starts up.
We test what we build before it ships, which means you find your own problems on our floor instead of in front of a customer at 2am.
PH was started in 2017 by two engineers who met at Toyota, and it's run by P.Engs today. The Kaizen habits came with them: the work gets reviewed, and the process gets improved.
