PLC & HMI Programming
We program the PLCs and HMIs that run your equipment, and we write the code to be maintained. Clear tag naming, commented routines, consistent structure, so the person troubleshooting it at 2am can follow what it does.
01What the work involves
- New PLC and HMI programs for production equipment
- Legacy system migration and controller upgrades
- HMI screen design built around how operators actually work
- SCADA and data collection with Ignition
- Troubleshooting and recovery of code written by others
02Common questions
Which platforms do you program?
Allen-Bradley and Siemens are the bulk of our work, and Schneider is close to a third of it on its own. Omron and Mitsubishi after that. We're platform-neutral: we work on what you already run rather than pushing you toward one vendor.
Can you take over code somebody else wrote?
Regularly. A large share of our work is picking up systems another integrator left behind. See our recovery work for how we approach it.
Do we own the code?
Yes. You get the source, commented, along with the documentation. No locked files and no dependency on us to make a change.

Issue for construction
Have a plc & hmi programming project?
Send the drawings, the spec, or just a description of the problem. You'll get a straight answer on whether it's something we should be quoting.
