The situation
Differentials and driveshafts are heavy, awkward and consumed at line rate. Moving them by forklift means traffic in a pedestrian zone and a hard dependency on a driver being available exactly when the line needs parts.
What it delivers
Completely autonomous pickup and drop-off, integrated with the line's controls. The system was designed, built and proven on our floor, then installed and commissioned on-site.
What we built
- 01Magnetic-guided AGV route between the prep area and lineside
- 02Powered-roller decks on cart and stands, so pickup and drop-off run without an operator
- 03Battery-powered shuttle carts with onboard I/O and charge management
- 04Interroll DriveControl roller drives coordinated with the vehicle's motion
- 05Full electrical design, AGV programming and commissioning
