Quality Containment

When a defect is escaping, containment can't wait for a capital project. We build inspection, error-proofing and containment systems quickly, then convert the ones worth keeping into permanent line equipment.

01What the work involves

  • Rapid-deployment containment and sorting stations
  • Poka-yoke and error-proofing devices
  • Torque and fastening verification
  • Traceability and part marking
  • Conversion of temporary containment into permanent line equipment

02Common questions

How fast can containment be in place?

It depends on the defect and what's available, but containment work is scoped in days, not the timeline of a capital project. Tell us what's escaping and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.

Does containment have to be permanent?

No, and usually it shouldn't be. The value is stopping the escape now. If the check is worth keeping, we engineer it properly into the line afterwards.

Have a quality containment project?

Send the drawings, the spec, or just a description of the problem. You'll get a straight answer on whether it's something we should be quoting.
