Electrical & Control System Design
We design the electrical and control systems that run production equipment: schematics, panel layouts, I/O architecture, safety circuits and the documentation your maintenance team will still be able to read in five years.

01What the work involves
- Electrical schematics and panel layout drawings
- I/O architecture and network topology
- Safety circuit design and risk assessment support
- Control panel specification and build coordination
- As-built documentation handed over at commissioning
02Common questions
Do you build the panels or only design them?
We handle the design and coordinate the build, then test the finished system in-house before it ships. That means commissioning on your floor is verification, not construction.
Will our maintenance team be able to work on it?
That's the point of the documentation. You get complete as-builts, commented code, and a walkthrough with your team. We don't build systems that only we can service.
Can you work to our plant's existing standards?
Yes. Most of our clients have a house standard for hardware, tag naming and drawing format, and we work to it rather than imposing our own.

Issue for construction
Have a electrical & control system design project?
Send the drawings, the spec, or just a description of the problem. You'll get a straight answer on whether it's something we should be quoting.
