Mechanical Build & Fabrication
We established our mechanical division in 2022 to control the quality of what leaves the shop. We design the mechanical package, run the machining, fabrication and finishing through suppliers we have qualified and hold to our own drawings, and assemble, test and validate it here before it ships. You deal with one contractor from CAD to commissioned equipment.

01What the work involves
- Mechanical design in-house, drawn to our own drawing standards
- Machining solutions and custom fixtures
- Frame and guarding fabrication
- Powder coating and anodizing finishes
- Assembly, testing and validation before shipment
- Integration with our own controls, so the metal and the controls answer to one contractor
02Common questions
Do you machine and fabricate in your own building?
The design, the assembly and the testing are ours, here. The machining, fabrication and finishing go to suppliers we have qualified and hold to our own drawings. Either way you deal with one contractor: we carry the schedule and answer for the whole machine, rather than handing you three vendors to chase.
Can you build to our drawings, or do you design too?
Either. We build to customer drawings, and we carry full projects from our own CAD through build, finish and commissioning. The prep-table case study started as our drawing number PH-2368.
Do you take mechanical-only work?
Yes. Machining, fabrication and finishing jobs without a controls scope are welcome. Roughly 40% of our business is mechanical.

Issue for construction
Have a mechanical build & fabrication project?
Send the drawings, the spec, or just a description of the problem. You'll get a straight answer on whether it's something we should be quoting.
