Robotics & Automation
We integrate robot cells: selecting and specifying the robot, designing the cell and its safeguarding, programming the motion and the PLC that coordinates it, and running it to production rate before it leaves our floor.
01What the work involves
- Robot selection, reach studies and cycle time analysis
- Cell design, guarding and safety system integration
- Robot programming and PLC coordination
- End-of-arm tooling specification
- Runoff at production rate before shipment
02Common questions
How do you handle safety compliance?
Safeguarding is designed in from the start, not added at the end: risk assessment, guarding, safety-rated circuits and the documentation to support sign-off.
Can you integrate a robot into an existing line?
Yes, and most of our robot work is exactly that: retrofitting a cell into a line that already runs, which means the constraint is usually your shutdown window rather than the robot.
What happens if the cell doesn't hit rate?
We find that out on our floor, not yours. Cells are run off at production rate before they ship, which is where the cycle time problems surface.

Issue for construction
Have a robotics & automation project?
Send the drawings, the spec, or just a description of the problem. You'll get a straight answer on whether it's something we should be quoting.
