The situation

Electrified powertrains bring new sub-assemblies onto the floor, and each one needs a prep station that presents the part, powers the tools and fits a footprint the plant didn't plan for.

What it delivers

Stations that started as PH drawing number PH-2368 and ended as commissioned equipment on the line. One contractor from CAD to production.

What we built
  • 01Complete mechanical design: frames, fixtures and rotation, drawn in-house
  • 02270-degree rotating load table so every joint can be tightened from one position
  • 03Automatic transfer on Interroll rollers between stations
  • 04Electrical design, sensing and on-machine I/O
  • 05Commissioning and onsite installation, inside compact floor-space constraints
