Automation and controls for Windsor-Essex plants
PH Engineering Solutions builds control systems, assembly tools and robot cells for automotive plants in Windsor-Essex, and we've installed in Windsor final assembly before. Equipment is built and run at rate in our Woodstock shop, about 2 hours 20 minutes up the 401, then installed and commissioned on your line.
01How we work in Windsor, Ontario
Our Windsor work includes an automated prop shaft secure tool for automotive final assembly: the tool grips the shaft, laser-aligns the bolt heads and secures them with Stanley fastening tools, torque verified every cycle. It was designed, built and proven in Woodstock before it went to the line, which is how we keep install time in a short shutdown window small.
For Windsor-Essex projects we plan site time in blocks: install, commissioning and support visits are scheduled, and the testing that would otherwise happen on your floor is done on ours.
